PAYMENT TERMS
(1) cash or in-house financing – one (1) year to pay for the total contract price (tcp), 0% interest
reservation fee : 20,000 (non-transferable / non-refundable)
down payment : 30% payable in twelve (12) monthly installments
balance : 70% payable in twelve (12) monthly installments

(2) bank financing
reservation fee : 20,000 (non-transferable / non-refundable)
down payment : 30% payable in twenty-hour (24) monthly installments
balance : 70% payable through banks

note:
(1) processing fee expenses for title shall be for buyer’saccount.
(2) as per company policy, buyer can only move in upon:
(a) in-house financing > upon full payment of the total contract price and payment of the processing fee expenses for title.
(b) bank financing > upon release of the letter of guarantee with bank proceeds and processing fee expenses of title.
(3) developer reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.
(4) prices are subject to change without prior notice.
(5) developer reserves the right to alter material specification as may deemed necessary.

requirements upon reservation (for documentation purposes):
(1) taxpayer’s identification number (tin)
(2) marriage or birth certificate
(3) two (2) government issued ids (sss id, passport id, drivers license, gsis id, prc id)
(4) duly notarized special power of attorney (spa), if necessary
(5) postdated cheques for the installment of payments
